Check-In Time
3:00 pm ~ 5:00 pm. (Saturday and Sunday check-in also available)
After 5:00 pm you may pick up room keys with your ID at the Security Desk in the lobby and register with the Check-In Counter the following morning.
   
Check-In Counter
Located in the lobby at the "R. Hawaiian" Office.

Business hours: Mon.-Sun., 8:00 am ~ 5:00 pm (except from 12:30 pm ~ 1:30 pm)

You may be able to leave your luggage with the Check-In Counter until your check-in time
   
Payment at Check-In Counter
Refundable deposit of $150.00 to be made upon check-in. Some credit cards may be accepted.
 
Early Check-In

 

 
The regular check-in time is from 3:00 pm~5:00 pm. If you wish to check-in earlier than the regular check-in time, please check the "Early Check-In" box on the reservation page; doing so will reserve the day before your arrival date and you will be charged an extra night.

  * Check-out time is at 10:00 am. check-out key drop
  * During normal business hours please return keys to "R.Hawaiian" Office .
  * If office closed, please drop key into "Key drop" slot in front of "R. Hawaiian" Office.
  * No refunds will be made for early check out.
