Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required in advance and in writing via fax or mail and effective upon receipt by Starts International Hawaii, Inc. Cancellations or changes received in writing after 12:00PM (Hawaii Standard Time) as described below are subject to the following penalties:

- 31 to 59 days or more prior to check-in date

- 30 to 15 days prior to check-in date

- 14 days or less prior to check-in date

- No Show
